Choose stairs over the lift

Use stairs instead of lift at your place of work.

If you work in a building on a floor where you would normally use a lift, why not think about taking the stairs instead.

Using a lift on a daily basis is the lazy way out for the majority of people.

If you are able to, use the stairs wherever possible to save energy and often time too!

If you use the stairs it can improve your level of fitness and also help to wake you up in a morning.

Exercise stimulates the brain and can also enable you to have a more productive day.
